2011 Season Over… Another One in the Books

Congratulations Hiroyuki Kasuya! You are the 2011 UF1 Champion!

Hiro had to work today but came in just to wrap up his Championship needing only 15 points. He collected 18 points in the first round and went back to work.

Craig Hammon, the 2010 UF1 Champion came in 2nd place overall.

Mike Rydwell comes in 3rd.

We had 21 Realistic cars today spread out over 3 Mains and 8 “Open” cars.

I’m always amazed to see this series growing. You take a hard to drive car, using a points system that only rewards the top 10, and not having any dropped races. Sounds like a recipe for loss of interest and disaster 🙂 Anytime there is more then 5 F1’s, I’m a happy camper 🙂
