UF1 RC 
Due to prior commitment, TRH driver/team principle, Fred Medel, will attend the Long Beach Grand Prix this weekend. In a statement from Medel ”The engineers are looking into the final aspects of our new FT104-2 chassis, I felt it important to attend meetings in Long Beach this weekend, in order to have this new chassis ready for our team as soon as possible”.
TRH team test driver, Rick Hohwart, multi-time champion Ace of both Prototype & Touring cars, will fill the #1 seat vacated by Medel this weekend for the Shanghai Grand Prix.
Medel will re-join the UF1 series at the Summerfield HQ home based circuit for Rd #3 of the Japan Grand Prix on May 5.
Medel said the team have to keep pushing forward. When asked about this new chassis he was coy, only offering this comment “Our new FT104-2 should have more mechanical grip with some modest improvements in the aero package”.
