UF1 RC 
Ok everyone-
Here is the schedule for Round 1 of the UF1 Series this weekend at TQ RC Raceway:
Track opens: 10am
Practice starts: 10am
F1 LCQ: 11-11:30am
Driver’s meeting: 12pm
Qualifying starts: 1pm

If you are interested in running the F1 class but didn’t make it to either of the F1 Qualifying Sessions, we will be holding a 1/2 hour F1 LCQ Session prior to the start of the event.
During that time, you must hit a target time (to be announced) 3 laps in a row with a 25.5T motor. For example, if the overall target time is 60 seconds, you must hit 3 20.000-second (or less) laps in a row. If you hit that time, you qualify for the Formula 1 class and will have to change to a 21.5T motor before actual qualifying starts.
If you don’t qualify and choose to run the Formula 2 class, we will be monitoring times of the top drivers in that class. If we feel there might be a little sandbagging, you may be moved up to the F1 class with a minor points removal penalty.
Also: Before you show up, make sure you check the rules on the UF1 page (can be seen here: UF1 Rules and Regulations). We will have the official UF1 “Width” board and scale available at the event for everyone to use. Top 3 cars of both the F1 and F2 classes will be checked after each race.
